1. Reservation & Payment
How can I book a vehicle?
You can make a reservation through our website, by email, using our contact form, or by phone with our reservation team (available daily from 08:00 to 22:00).
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for online prepayments. Remaining balance can be paid by card or cash at pickup.
When is the payment charged?
A 25% deposit is required at booking. Remaining amount is paid at pickup.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes — only for Basic Plan. Physical credit/debit card required at pickup.
No security deposit for Care Plan and Ultra Care Plan.
Will I receive the exact car model shown online?
We guarantee the car category. Equivalent vehicle or free upgrade if reserved model unavailable.
Are there age requirements?
Drivers must be 19–74 years old, license held ≥1 year. Extra fees may apply under 25 or over 74.
2. Rental & Vehicle Pickup
What are your office hours?
Open daily 08:00–22:00.
Is there a fee for pickup/drop-off outside office hours?
- €20: 22:00–00:00 / 06:00–08:00
- €40: 00:00–06:00
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
1-hour grace period. After that, additional rental day may be charged.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
EU residents: No. Non-EU: Yes.
Do I need to return the car with a full fuel tank?
No — same fuel level as pickup is enough.
Can I add extra drivers?
Yes — Basic Plan: fee applies, Care & Ultra Care Plan: 2nd driver free.
3. Accidents, Damage & Lost Items
What should I do in case of an accident or damage?
Contact us immediately, call police, and submit the incident form: Submit Form
What does the insurance cover?
- Basic Plan: third-party liability only.
- Care Plan: collision, theft, fire, towing, replacement vehicle.
- Ultra Care Plan: Care Plan + tire/window protection + 24/7 assistance.
No security deposit required for Care & Ultra Care Plans.
What happens if I lose the car key?
Contact us immediately. Replacement cost applies. Lost/damaged keys not covered by insurance.
